कि हम जिन देशों की यात्रा करते हैं या जहाँ रहते हैं, वहाँ के कानूनों, नियमों और परंपराओं का सदैव सम्मान करेंगे।
That we shall not indulge in any unlawful, irresponsible, or immoral activities while overseas.
कि हम विदेश में रहते हुए किसी भी गैर-कानूनी, गैर-जिम्मेदाराना या अनैतिक गतिविधियों में शामिल नहीं होंगे।
That we shall conduct ourselves with dignity, integrity, and responsibility at all times.
कि हम सदैव अपने देश केक़ानून, नियमों और विनिमयोंका सम्मान करेंगे।
That we shall uphold the good name and reputation of India through our behavior and actions.
कि हम अपने व्यवहार और कार्यों से भारत की अच्छी छवि और प्रतिष्ठा को बनाए रखेंगे।
That we shall promote harmony, respect cultural values, and contribute positively to the societies we live in.
कि हम सद्भाव को बढ़ावा देंगे, सांस्कृतिक मूल्यों का सम्मान करेंगे और जिन समाजों में हम रहते हैं, उनमें सकारात्मक योगदान देंगे।
That we shall avoid any actions which may cause embarrassment to our country or community abroad.
कि हम ऐसे किसी भी कार्य से बचेंगे जिससे हमारे देश या प्रवासी समुदाय की छवि को ठेस पहुँचे।
Specifically, we pledge that we will NOT:
Throw garbage, spit, or urinate in public places or on roads.
सड़कों या सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर कचरा, थूक या पेशाब नहीं करेंगे।
Drive vehicles without a valid license or drive on the wrong side of the road.
बिना वैध लाइसेंस वाहन नहीं चलाएँगे और न ही गलत दिशा में वाहन चलाएँगे।
Drink and drive, or break traffic rules in any way.
शराब पीकर वाहन नहीं चलाएँगे और यातायात नियमों का उल्लंघन नहीं करेंगे।
Overstay or live illegally in the destination country.
निर्धारित अवधि से अधिक नहीं रुकेंगे और न ही अवैध रूप से रहेंगे।
Play loud music, talk loudly, or create nuisance in public places, especially at night disturbing neighbors.
ऊँची आवाज़ में संगीत नहीं बजाएँगे और न ही रात में ज़ोर-ज़ोर से बातें करके पड़ोसियों को परेशान करेंगे।
Misbehave in public places, malls, restaurants, buses, or trains.
सार्वजनिक स्थानों, मॉल, रेस्टोरेंट, बस या ट्रेन में शोर-शराबा या अभद्रता नहीं करेंगे।
Harass, tease, or pass inappropriate comments on women or local citizens.
महिलाओं या स्थानीय नागरिकों के साथ किसी भी प्रकार की छेड़छाड़, अशोभनीय टिप्पणी या उत्पीड़न नहीं करेंगे।
Waste food, litter in parks, or damage public property.
भोजन बर्बाद नहीं करेंगे, पार्कों में कचरा नहीं फैलाएँगे और सार्वजनिक संपत्ति को नुकसान नहीं पहुँचाएँगे।
Engage in fights, group shouting, or disrespectful behavior in residential or community areas.
झगड़े, समूह में चिल्लाना या असम्मानजनक व्यवहार नहीं करेंगे।
