– Clients may cancel their service agreement within *48 hours*of signing the agreement.
– A cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email to our official email id or through the official communication channels provided at the time of service agreement.
– If work on your case has already commenced, a cancellation fee may apply, which will be deducted from any refundable amount.

Cancellation by Globexa Immigration

– Globexa Immigration reserves the right to cancel a service agreement under the following circumstances:
– Non-compliance with requested documentation or information.
– Breach of terms outlined in the client agreement.
– Failure to make agreed payments within the specified timeframe.

3. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services

– Fees for initial consultations are non-refundable.
– Any government fees, third-party costs (such as translation, certification, or courier charges), and administrative fees are non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

– Refunds are only applicable if:
– Globexa Immigration fails to deliver the agreed services due to its own negligence.
– The client cancels within the allowed cancellation window.
– Refunds will not be issued for changes in immigration laws, regulations, or government policies that affect the outcome of the application.

Refund Process

– Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our official email id
– Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days of approval.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by the client.

4. Exceptions to Refunds and Cancellations

– No refunds will be issued if incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the client.
– Refunds will not be processed if the client decides to withdraw their application or discontinues the process after substantial work has been completed.
– Globexa Immigration is not responsible for rejections or delays caused by government agencies.
