We tried a lot because we wanted him to join the same university again, but it did not happen. After that, the entire thing really got messed up, and after that IBU said that they were not going to give anything and the game was over. Then we had to start the journey all over again in a new university.

4. PPR, Previous Permit and the Need for a New Visa
This is his PPR recently. On 21st of August, he received his PPR, passport request. Whenever there is a gap of more than 150 days, even though his permit is valid and the previous permit is still valid, because there is a gap of more than 150 days in travelling to Canada, in that case you get a new visa, new permit, everything is going to be renewed. He got a new passport request and he is going to get a new visa stamp on the passport as well. Then he is going to travel to Canada probably this month or next month beginning. His previous permit is still valid till 30th September 2026. He got that permit on 19th December 2024 and travelled to Canada on 19th December. However, he cannot travel to Canada on this permit because the name of the university is International Business University in this permit and he is now going to a different university.
5. Why the Previous Permit Cannot Be Used for the New University
If the name of the university is different, in that case it becomes a problem. While travelling to Canada, you need to prove where you are studying right now. If he is not studying there in that particular university, he cannot use this permit to travel to Canada. This is his previous offer letter. We wanted him to join the same university again, but it did not happen. After the entire thing got messed up and IBU said that they were not going to give anything, we had to start the journey all over again with a new university. So, although his previous permit is still valid until 30th September 2026, he cannot travel to Canada on that permit because the university mentioned in the permit is different from the university where he is now going to study.
6. His Profile: Accountant, B.Com and Master of Management
This is his CV resume. He is working as an accountant right now. His entire experience is as an accountant. Whatever you are doing and whatever you are working in, it is perfectly fine. What matters is to show yourself working when you are applying for Canada study visa because it improves your visa chances. Throughout since the completion of his study in India, he has been working as assistant accountant or accountant. So, it is perfectly fine. If you are working right now, it is good enough to get your study visa. His age is 31 and he completed his Bachelor of Commerce in 2017. In terms of profile, everything is perfectly fine. He has a bachelor’s degree, he completed it and after that he has an English test score as well. He got admission and is going for a master’s degree, which is Master of Management. 7. Age, Program Choice and English Test Score
His age is 31, and that is fine. At age 35, 40 and 45, it is also fine. Age does not matter. Even if you want to get a visa at age 38, 40 or 45, it is highly possible and it is not a problem at all. He is going for the Master of Management program in University of Niagara Falls. The program is fine. You need to have the right choice of program. You cannot repeat the previous study and you need to go for a higher level of study after bachelor’s. After his B.Com, he is going for Master of Management, so there is no problem in that. His English test score is also perfectly fine. If your score is six, no less than six in IELTS, or in PTE 60, no less than 60, in that case your score is fine for Canada study visa. His score is also fine and perfectly fine to proceed for the application.
8. Tuition Fee, GIC, Liquid Assets and Second-Year Tuition Fee
Eligibility-wise, there are four, five or six things to take care of. If these things are fine in the profile, even if you get 100 refusals, apply one more time. He paid the first year of tuition fee. He also paid $23,000 GIC for his living expenses, one year of living expenses. Apart from that, he had total liquid assets of $32,000. This is more than enough to pay the second year of tuition fee. You need to justify your second year of tuition fee as well. It can be the combination of income of your parents or sponsors, the savings available with you or the loan available with you. If you are able to pay your second year of tuition fee with the combination of these three things, it is perfectly fine and good to go. His IELTS score is also fine, his master’s degree after bachelor’s is fine, and his level of education is fine because after bachelor’s he is going for a master’s degree.
9. Matching His Background With the Master of Management Program
His background is also a match. He is an accountant right now and he is going for the Master of Management program. He can become accounting manager or finance manager, so the program is perfectly fine. The level of program and profile-wise choice of program are also fine. Both these things are fine. Documentation and SOP are taken care of, and there is no need to worry about these things. If these six or seven things are fine, always proceed. Even if you get 100 refusals, apply for the 101st time. If you get one more refusal, apply for the 102nd. Keep on reapplying until you get your visa. If these things are perfectly fine, ultimately you are going to get your visa.
