If you have completed 12th and are going to apply for a Canada study visa, planning for your Canada PR is important. If you are not going to plan for your Canada PR, ultimately you will not get it. If you are going to go to the metro cities such as Brampton, Scarborough, York, Toronto, Vancouver or Calgary, ultimately you are going to suffer to get your PR. Pasted markdown
Most of the students who are crying in Canada that they are not getting PR have reached Canada after 12th and they did not compromise on two things. One is location. They are living in the metro locations in Canada, in big cities and prime locations. The second thing is that they are not upgrading their skill to get their PR. These are the two issues. If you are going to fix these two things, you are going to get your PR. Pasted markdown
If you are already inside Canada and just got your PG work permit, got your PG work permit one year back, have two years left in your PG work permit or one year left in your PG work permit, or you are going to apply for a study visa, in any of these scenarios, if you are planning to get your PR after 12th, you are going to get the right pathway for yourself. If you are not going to follow, in 99% cases you are not going to get your PR.

1. Why Metro Cities Can Become a Problem for PR

When people go to Brampton, Mississauga, when they want to live in Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatchewan, wherever you go, if you are going into the metro cities, in that case you activate only one option for PR. In most cases, only one option for PR is going to be activated, and that is going to be Express Entry. Pasted markdown
If you have completed 12th, your education outside Canada is 12th. In Canada, most of the students do a UG diploma, undergraduate diploma of two years. It gets you three-year PGWP. You got PGWP. Great. That is perfectly fine. But your highest education is just UG diploma, undergraduate diploma. This is your highest education. Then you get one year of experience in Canada. Pasted markdown
One year of Canadian experience is your profile. Most of the people do not have any experience after 12th. No experience after 12th. So your profile broadly is the profile of more than 90% of the students. Very rarely you will find a profile where someone has real experience where they got the salary in account after 12th. Very rarely you are going to find people who have experience outside Canada as well. After 12th, no one takes experience. Most of the people directly get study visa, they reach Canada and that’s it. They don’t have any outside Canada experience. That is one issue. The second issue is your highest education is UG diploma. Pasted markdown
A very less number of students actually go there on a bachelor degree and complete a bachelor degree. So if someone is going after 12th, more than 90% of the students are going to complete a UG diploma rather than a bachelor’s degree and it is perfectly fine. Even a bachelor degree is not going to make a lot of difference.

2. The Express Entry Score Challenge

So in Express Entry, when this broad profile is going to be there for 90% of the people, then most of the people who are crying that they are not getting their PR when they are living in Brampton, Mississauga, any of the metro locations, either GTA or in other big cities, ultimately you are going to suffer. Pasted markdown

The reason is the highest point which you are getting CRS score. Even if you are getting CLB 9 in English score, English test, even if you have CLB 9, what is CLB 9 in IELTS? It is 87. If you are already inside Canada, you must be knowing 87 is a benchmark score. Many people do not even get 87. So that’s also a problem. Pasted markdown

If you are going to get a triple 7 in IELTS or if you are taking CELPIP, then it will be 999 in all four modules. You are getting nine in all four modules. So you have CLB 9 in English test. If you have this kind of profile, you have 12th, then UG diploma, one year of Canadian experience on TEER 0, 1, 2, 3, supervisor or above level. Pasted markdown

If you have this and CLB 9 in English test, ultimately your score is going to become 425. What is the cutoff right now? It is 525. You are nowhere near the cutoff which is 525, 520, 516, 515. On the lower side it is 505. You are not reaching to that place. Even if you are going to get two years of experience, still it is not going to work out. Even if you get three years of experience, still it is not going to work out. You are not going to the score in Canadian Experience Class. It is not working out for you. Pasted markdown

3. Healthcare and Education Experience

People try to take experience in special categories, healthcare and education, where people get draws on lower levels. The cutoff is on the lower side. What is the cutoff in education and healthcare? It is around 460, 470, 475. This is around this cutoff level. So minimum you need to score 470, 480. Even if you are getting education experience in education as early childhood assistant or personal support worker, it means nursing assistant or pharma assistant, even if you are getting these experiences, you are getting experience in education or healthcare, still you are not reaching to the cutoff. Pasted markdown
The cutoff is far higher compared to what you are getting right now even after CLB 9 in English test. So you are not going to reach to the right score. Being in the big city is not going to give you PR. It is not going to happen.

4. French as Another Option

Another option can be that you can do French. Most of the people, again, this is for the majority, I am not taking exceptions here. Exceptions can be there. After getting a score of 425, then someone can do French and your score can be, after French, maybe if I add 60 points in that, it is going to be more than 480. So more than 480 score can be there and the cutoff in Francophone category is less than 400. So you’ll definitely get PR if you are going to do French. Pasted markdown
But when I talk about majority, how many students who have done 12th, UG diploma, barely able to manage their English test, unable to get CLB 9 in English test, how many of them are going to clear B2 level French? The answer is almost, almost nil. 99% of the students who have completed a UG diploma, 12th, UG diploma, usually don’t have that kind of skill level that they are going to clear French test. Pasted markdown
For the majority of the people, even if they are getting 425 score, which is really difficult to get because you need to get CLB 9, majority is not getting it. Even if you get it, still you are not getting PR in Express Entry. And even if you get French test, again you will get PR, but the problem is you are not taking French score as well, B2 level. To mature people who are really determined, who have high skill level, high learning ability, for them as well it is difficult to get B2 level in French. Yes, people do get it, but how many people get it? Dropout rate is so high. So if you are willing to stay in metro cities, be ready to do French. Pasted markdown
If you are not ready to do French and if you don’t have skill to do French, ultimately you are not going to get your PR from metro cities. What kind of option is going to work in that scenario for you? The option is going to be RCIP communities. This is the answer for you, which is a simpler, straightforward option for you. It is an easy option as well.

5. Moving to RCIP Communities

If you are ready to do French, then only stay in metro cities. If you are not ready to do French, then go to RCIP communities. If you are already inside Canada, move now in RCIP communities and look for the jobs which are listed in that RCIP community where you are moving. For example, if you are living in Brampton, you can move to Sudbury. Pasted markdown

In Brampton only, you can move to Sudbury, North Bay, Timmins, Sault Ste. Marie, Thunder Bay. So, there are five RCIP communities in Ontario. There are total 14 communities. You can move to RCIP communities nearby where you are going to get the job. And if you are moving there, after getting one year of experience there, you will be eligible to get endorsement and you can get PR as well. Pasted markdown

6. RCIP and PNP Options

Moving there will activate one more option for you, which is PNP. Ontario PNP is mentioned, but there can be more PNPs as well because most of the places when you are in RCIP communities, it means you are in rural areas. If you are in rural areas, there are two things which get activated there. One is TR2PR. Pasted markdown

TR2PR is not a scheme to get PR, but it makes your process fast-track. It does not give you more opportunity of PR, but it makes your process fast-track if it happens that your file is picked up in TR2PR. That is one thing. Second thing, you will get more score in PNP. Pasted markdown

Most of the PNPs, you need to be focused on getting a score. Ontario, there is a score system and if you are getting a particular kind of score, it will be boosted. If you are living in rural areas, you can get five to 10 more points if you are not living in GTA. So compared to others, you can get higher score and you can beat them. Pasted markdown

If you are going to live in GTA or nearby GTA, in that case you will have lesser score. So you need to increase your score. Then in Northern Ontario, the cutoff is on lower side. So you are getting first benefit, your score will be boosted. Second benefit, the cutoff is on lower side in most of the cases whenever there are draws. And third thing is there are more draws in Northern Ontario. Pasted markdown

So you are getting all kinds of benefits if you are moving in Northern Ontario. The same kind of benefits you are going to get if you are moving in the rural areas, RCIP communities of other provinces as well. That is what is going to get you PR. So RCIP and PNP is the answer for you and PNP will be chances of PNP will be increased if you are living in RCIP communities. Pasted markdown

7. Why You Should Have a Backup

Why shouldn’t you depend on only PNP? The reason for that is you need to have a backup as well. There can be certain kinds of changes happening in PNP. It can go on pause as well. There are so many PNPs we have seen, they go on pause suddenly and they say that next year we are going to see what kind of options we are going to give and how much quota we are going to get. They go on pause completely. We have seen it in past in Atlantic. It happens quite often, so it can happen with you as well and ultimately you will be stuck that you are not getting anything and time will pass. Pasted markdown
If any particular province does a pause in the second half of the year, right now maybe in September, and then they are going to restart in February or March, it is a break of three, four, five, six months at least. So six months are gone. Then they will restart, then they will run it for six months, then they will have a pause. So six months of pause is a big pause. So it becomes a problem for you. Pasted markdown
You need to have a backup. What is your backup? Your backup is RCIP community. You can get RCIP endorsement or you can get PNP. Both things are going to be activated from one place only, and that place is RCIP community. If you are unable to understand where you should move, where you should study, where you should stay, the answer is RCIP community.

8. RCIP for Students With a Bachelor's Degree

People who have done bachelors and after that they went there for master degree or a PG diploma, for them as well RCIP is one good option. Why? Because if you don’t have foreign experience, in that case getting those 50 points which is there for foreign experience, you are not going to get those 50 points. So if you did not have foreign experience even after bachelors, still in that case you should go for RCIP communities. Pasted markdown
The best thing what you can do with RCIP community is what you should do study in RCIP. What will it activate? Just by completing your study, either you can do a master’s degree, either it is one year or two-year master’s, any master’s, or you do two-year of study, two-year UG diploma, UG diploma or PG diploma or a bachelor degree. Any study you complete like this in RCIP, along with that if you get the offer letter from an eligible employer under an eligible NOC code, as soon as you get the offer letter after the completion of any of these degrees, you activate your RCIP for PR. You don’t require to get any experience. No experience required. Just offer letter is required and you have completed a study. Pasted markdown
Just by getting an offer letter, you will activate RCIP and you are eligible to get endorsement. As soon as you get endorsement, direct PR application will be submitted in that case. So that is one way you can activate PR.

9. Activating RCIP Through Previous Experience

The second option is if you did not study there and you were working somewhere else. For example, you are working in transport. Some NOC is there related to transport, which is truck driver, and you were working as truck driver after completion of your study. You studied maybe in Conestoga or some college nearby GTA. After the completion of your study, you got three-year PGWP and in first year you got experience as truck driver. If you have got experience as truck driver, one year of experience is already completed. Now after getting your experience, you are moving to RCIP. Pasted markdown
As soon as you move to RCIP, just by getting a job offer letter you activate RCIP. You don’t require to get one year of experience in RCIP. You have got same NOC of experience which is eligible in this RCIP. This truck driver is eligible. The NOC code is not remembered. Pasted markdown
For example, this is the job. It is there in the list of eligible priority employments in Timmins. After getting one year of experience, you have moved to Timmins. You have got the offer letter in the same job. As soon as you get the offer letter, you become eligible for RCIP. So you have activated RCIP even if you did not work there.

10. Getting a Job in an RCIP Community

Neither you got one year of experience outside nor you studied there. What you need to do in that case? Then move to RCIP. Move to RCIP communities.
There is a priority list of jobs which is given there and the employer list is also given there. For example, you move to Sudbury and in Sudbury there is list of employers. There is list of jobs. Employers, jobs and you need to get a particular kind of job under any of the employers which are listed there. And if you are getting it, you are getting eligible job under eligible employer. And if you do so and if you work in this profile for one year, you will activate RCIP.

11. Three Ways to Activate RCIP

How you can activate RCIP? There are three methods which we have discussed.

First is study in RCIP. The simplest, safest method. Study in RCIP and RCIP will be activated just by getting the offer letter.

Second, you did not study in RCIP. You have got the experience somewhere else. Same experience is eligible in that RCIP as well. And you are getting the same NOC in RCIP, same RCIP community. Then you will activate this particular job by getting an offer letter. You will activate RCIP. Again you can get endorsement just by getting the offer letter even if you did not work in that RCIP. So first was activated by study. Pasted markdown

Second was activated by experience but not in that RCIP community. It was somewhere else. Third is activated by doing job in that community only. For example, you studied somewhere else in Toronto and now you have moved to RCIP community and after moving to RCIP community, you got one year of experience and now it is activated. Pasted markdown

RCIP is activated and along with that you will activate PNP as well because along with RCIP, each RCIP comes in some province and you are continuously activating and working on Ontario PNP or other PNPs as well. So moving to RCIP will activate two options for you. One is RCIP. Pasted markdown

12. What Is RCIP and PNP?

What is the full form of RCIP? Rural Community Immigration Pilot. Rural Community Immigration Pilot. So this is the program.
You are going to activate RCIP program and PNP. PNP is Provincial Nomination Program. PNP means a particular province is supporting you to get PR. So either you are getting the help from a community or from province, ultimately you will get PR through this. Pasted markdown
Otherwise people who are struggling, students, kids who are struggling after 12th, they went there on UG diploma. These are the people who are struggling the most.
So if you are struggling, make a move. By sitting in Brampton, by sitting in Mississauga, by sitting in any of these prime locations in Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary, Edmonton, in any of the places, you are not going to get your PNP. You are not going to get your PR. These are not the best places to get your PR.

13. What Is a Cream Profile?

After 12th, if you are a cream profile, what is a cream profile?

For example, you are like age below 30. You are a cream profile: age below 30, master’s degree, one year of experience outside Canada or three years of experience outside Canada. Then master’s degree was completed in Canada and one year of experience in Canada and CLB 9. So this is a cream profile.

These people can live anywhere. They can be on the prime locations and they can get PR. Pasted markdown

But you are not falling in them. You don’t have a master’s degree. You don’t have outside Canada one year of experience.

Your points are gone. 38 points are gone. If you have three years of experience, 50 points are gone.

So in competition there are people who have better profile and they are beating you. There are 3.5 lakh people each year who are getting PR. If you are not getting PR and others are getting PR, it means that some people are getting PR. Pasted markdown

These people are already inside Canada. They are beating you. They are competing with you. They are better than you and they are getting PR. But you are not getting PR.

The reason for that is you are not on the right location and you are not in the right job. If you are on the right location, on the right job, you are also going to get PR. So change your mindset. Pasted markdown

14. Leave Your Comfort Zone

Leave your comfort zone. Leave it today and move somewhere where you are going to get PR.
And one request I want to make to all these kids who went there after 12th. Your PG work permit is expiring. Now you want to take another study. You are searching for LMIA. Some are already out of status. Some are on visitor record and you are fooling your parents.
Don’t fool your parents.
Your parents may not have that kind of education. Your parents may not have that kind of knowledge or everything, but they always try to support you. Stop fooling them by telling all kinds of lies. Pasted markdown
Whenever parents are sitting in front of me, they are almost like crying. They don’t know what to say. They don’t know what to do.
And when we listen to the case, we always feel that what this guy is doing and he’s saying some different story to the parents. Parents are like, manage what, manage? And we know that he’s not going to manage anything. He’s going to struggle more and will come back ultimately.
So this is not working out. Ask your parents for support. They are going to support you. Otherwise you will ultimately come back and then no one will be able to support you. So stop fooling your parents and in front of parents they are not able to say everything to me. I understand that.

15. Open Up About Your Situation

Whenever the phone is on speaker and we are discussing something and we are saying that this is a story, this is a story playing out in Canada, and your kid is on the wrong path but he does not want to disclose it to you. He is saying some stories.
These things are not going to happen. You also know that it is not going to happen and your parents don’t know and they are believing you and you are fooling them. Don’t do it. Pasted markdown
Stop doing this.
One request I am having to anyone who has completed 12th, went to Canada for a UG diploma and is not getting PR: just open up.
Discuss it with me, with your parents, with everyone openly that this is a situation. It’s not happening. Tell me what to do. It’s not a problem. There can be solutions for things.
But you need to open up. You need to share it with your parents, with the consultants. Otherwise, no one will be able to help you.

16. More Points in Rural Areas

If you are moving to rural areas, there will be more points. In Ontario specifically, there are more points if you move to Northern Ontario.
You get 15 points if you are in Northern Ontario, 10 points in Eastern Ontario, Central Southern, but if you are inside GTA then you get five points, Toronto zero points.
So if you need to beat people who are living in GTA and you need to get 10 additional points, move to Northern Ontario. You will get 10 additional points for PNP and your PNP will be activated as well. Pasted markdown
There are other provinces as well. You can move to Nova Scotia as well. Nova Scotia PNP is a great PNP. So, you can move to Nova Scotia as well. There also you can activate PNP.
Here in Nova Scotia, I can help you in job as well and I can make a pathway easier for you in Nova Scotia. So, I can help in that as well.

17. Improve Your Skills and Settle

We are here to help you. Parents are there to help you financially or in other sense as well. You should try to give best efforts in terms of your skill. Improve your skill. Leave your comfort zone. Ultimately you will get PR and your parents will be happy as well. Pasted markdown
They have spent a lot of money on you. Ultimately you feel that you do you want to just give it back to them. I don’t want to overburden them. I understand that. Ultimately they are your parents. They are going to understand you are stuck somewhere.
They are going to help you financially, emotionally and otherwise as well. They will reach to the consultants to help you. So they will do efforts on your behalf and ultimately you will be able to settle. If you are going to settle, they will be the happiest person that they have spent money, energy, emotions and our kid is settled now.
If you are going to come back, they will be the saddest person on the earth. Just remember that.

18. Discuss Your Case

If you need help with your profile, just ping me on my WhatsApp number. You can call me after 6 p.m. Ontario time. I am available early morning in India. You can call me and we can discuss your case.
Save my number and we can discuss your case. No matter what kind of complexity is there, you want to extend your stay, one year of PG work permit is left, two years left, three years left, it does not matter. We can handle it from the scenario you are in and we are going to give you the best solution. Thank you so much for watching this video till the end. Pasted markdown
