Canada study visa with family at age 44. This blog is going to be really informative for you because in this blog I am sharing the success story of Bushra who recently got her Canada study visa with entire family and these are the major complexities in the file. Age is 44. She is turning 45 this year. So age is approximately 45 right now. And she applied for Canada study visa along with entire family. There are four family members.
In this blog I am going to cover these major complexities. Is it possible to get Canada study visa with family or not? That is one thing. Second, can you get it at age 44? People at age 30 they ask me is it possible? I have so much of study gap I can’t get. So you assume things by yourself. And here we are we are getting visas again and again and again with family at age 44, 38, 33, 50, 52. We are doing it again and again and again.
1. Government Job, Study Gap and Family Application
All our complexity whatever complexities you can think of it is already there in her application. She is working in a government job very sophisticated government job. So people may be thinking I’m in a government job. Day before yesterday someone called me and she asked me I am in a government job. I can’t take any particular NOC or something from my department. So it is not required. She is in a really sophisticated government job. Is it possible to get visa with that? The answer is yes.
It is possible to get visa with that. Study gap. People say that we have a lot of study gap. She completed her bachelor’s degree in 2004. Study gap is 21 years, 22 years actually. And then she completed her masters in 2007. Study gap is 18, 19 years after 2007. So see the study gap. People at age 18, 19 they dropped their plan. We have got two or three refusals. We are not going to get visa. She has 19 years of experience. You at age 19 you’re thinking whether I’m going to get visa or not. She has already done a master’s degree. She is going for a second masters. We have got visa in third masters as well where people have done two masters here and they are going for third master in Canada. So whatever complexity you can think of it is there in her profile. You are working in government job, you have a study gap, your age is more, you want to travel with entire family, whatever complexity you can think of.
Also in bachelor’s her percentage is just 50% approximately 50%. So whatever complexity you can think of it is there in her profile and she got her visa in first attempt. So this video is going to be informative for you even though it is a success story but even if I am sharing information there I keep on sharing knowledge about the entire journey as well so that you can also build your journey by watching the journey of others.
So this video is going to be really really important for you if you are already married. Even if you are not married still you can get a lot of motivation clarity that how you can proceed for your Canada study visa application. In last slide I am going to share one important thing with you how you can make your Canada journey possible.
2. Seven Elements for a Canada Study Visa
What are the seven elements? If you are getting them correct, if those seven elements are correct you are going to get your visa. No matter how much complexity is there in profile, if you get admission you are going to get visa. No matter how many refusals you get don’t worry about it.
So stay with me in this video till the end because this video is like anything, means it is going to be like a course for you for Canada study visa with your entire family.
Yes, after that there is going to be journey for PR as well. That is a different journey that will not be covered here. I will give you a brief of that at the end but ultimately without that just how you are going to reach it that will be covered in this particular video. So stay with me till the end to understand about the profile and how you can also make it possible for yourself.
3. The Journey From Study Visa to PR and Citizenship
They are also going to get PR. So remember that when I take care of the case, I take you to the journey till the journey you get your PR and citizenship. I don’t leave you in between. I take care of all the applications in Canada. Half of my applications today are from inside Canada.
They are PG work permit, spouse open work permit extension, kids extension, SP outside for joining the family there in Canada. Then after that you are going to apply for your PR, PNP and then citizenship whatever things you need to do inside Canada. I take care of everything. So I’m going to stay with you till you get your PR in the entire journey and I am still connected with my old clients as well.
That’s why even in difficult markets we are surviving. This is the only reason for that. So I am going to take everyone till the journey of PR. So I think about PR even before applying for study visa. That is there in my mind and I will take you on that journey as well. So just don’t think that just he is a study visa consultant, he will send us to Canada after that he does not know anything or he’s not going to take care of PR application or he does not know anything about PR.
I am taking care of more than 10 to 15 PR applications every day. So after right now I’m making video, after that I’m going to sleep. I’ll wake up early in India then I’m going to take care of Canada PR applications. I’ll wake up early and I’ll be available in Canadian time as well. So that’s how I take care of Indian applications, Canadian applications at the same time.
4. Bushra’s Education and University Admission
So that’s how I’m taking care of the journey. So I’ll take you till you get your PR. So that’s how I’m going to take care of your entire profile. So coming to the profile because she had 50% approximately 50% of the marks. Most of the public universities do not accept this kind of percentage.
Most of the universities ask for 70% marks. Algoma University or Lakehead is there, Algoma is there, Laurentian is there, CBU is there. So many universities are there, they ask for more than 70% marks. She did not have it. Actually people who completed their study before 2010, 2015, that time the percentage was not that high. 50% was considered really good. 60% was extremely extremely good.
First division was like winning the entire world. This is not the case today. So today people are getting really good percentages but that time percentage 60% was extremely extremely good. So that’s why people even if they were really kind of intelligent still getting that kind of percentage, 70%, 80% was not that easy.
5. Public and Private Universities and PAL
So for most of my clients they face one issue that they are not getting public universities that easily. That becomes a problem. In private universities there is one problem that if we are sending students to private universities then we face issue with PAL because after giving one or two PALs most of the private university they create start creating issues.
Right now Trinity Western University they are not creating issues but apart from that all the private universities are creating issue for PAL and in public university if you are going for a public university for a master degree you do not require a PAL. So that is a great great kind of relaxing point for us that we don’t require to take PAL again because people get refusals as well in Canada. We need to reapply and if university is not going to give us PAL in that case we cannot reapply for application. Then we need to take refund. Then we need to submit application to some other university. We don’t want to do it in Canada just to reapply.
You just require to pay 10,000 rupees, $150 Canadian dollar only for reapplication. That’s it. We don’t require to pay much. It is a small amount. So we just want to get permission to reapply. Reapplying is really less costly, easier in Canada compared to any other country in the world because in all the other countries embassy fee is really high.
In Canada, it is quite low. It is just $150 only. That’s it. So we don’t want to take refund of tuition fee, send the tuition fee back to some other university. We don’t want to do that. So we want to have one thing in our mind. We don’t want to take that stress of taking refund. We just want to keep on reapplying in the same university.
Otherwise, there is going to be a loss of more than one lakh rupees if we need to take refund from one university and we need to pay the tuition fee to another university and there is a loss of at least four months of time as well. So we don’t want to have it. So that’s why we always try to go with public universities or the private university where PAL is not a problem.
6. Admission to Royal Roads University
Getting PAL again and again is not a problem. So because of her percentage we got admission. Royal Roads University they can give you admission even with 40% marks as well. It is possible to get admission.
So we went ahead. Her friend Bushra’s friend is already there in Canada. She’s studied in Royal Roads University, same RU, and she was living in Victoria. So everything matched and we applied for RU. It takes a lot of effort to get admission in RU. It takes time as well and after all those efforts we finally got admission in RU and then we proceeded for visa application as well.
She got admission in Master of Arts in Global Leadership. There are two major programs in that. One is Master of Global Management. Second is Master of Arts in Global Leadership. Both are quite similar kind of programs. Tuition fee is also similar in structure. Everything is almost similar in both the programs. So any program you are getting whether it is global leadership or global management you can take any of them. Both are perfectly fine.
Even after MBA you can take these programs because global management or global leadership can be justified even after MBA as well because we can say that you want to go global, you want to get that kind of exposure. You don’t have any education which can help you in becoming a global manager, so that’s why taking these educations are good. So global management is a really good program even after any kind of education. So this program we got ultimately and after getting the admission we proceeded for the visa application.
7. Passport Request and Family Visa Approve
This is the PPR, passport request, of Bushra. Recently on September 21st she got her passport request. This was the first application. In first application only we got the passport request.
Many congratulations to the entire family because entire family got visa together. This is one. This is of the spouse. This is a work permit.
Spouse got spouse open work permit. So student is allowed to work 24 hours per week. Student is allowed to work 24 hours per week during the study duration but spouse is allowed to work unlimited number of hours. So spouse can earn as much as possible and can work for 100 hours per week, there is no limit on that.
8. Spouse and Children Travelling With the Student
So if you are married it becomes a really good thing for you that your spouse is traveling with you and spouse is earning for the entire family. So even if you are adjusting yourself and there are kids, in that case you can stay little bit longer at home, you can take care of the kids and husband or wife, spouse can take care of the expenses of the family.
So if one person is going to earn $5,000, $4,000 in Canada, very easily you can survive in Canada. There is no problem in that. So spouse got spouse open work permit and spouse will be able to work full-time.
And these are two kids. First kid got study visa and the second kid got study visa. So if the age of the kid is above four, usually we apply for study visa. If it is below four, we apply for visitor visa. So that’s how you should also submit your application.
Even if someone is getting visa, kid is getting a visitor visa. Kid does not require to leave Canada after 6 months. That rule of visa does not apply to a dependent kid. Don’t worry about it.
So even if you are getting a visitor visa, don’t worry. Kid will stay with you as long as you are going to stay in Canada. You don’t require to extend the stay of kid after 6 months. Don’t worry about it. That is not a criteria.
So these are the messages after we got the approval. Many congratulations again to the entire family and this is a profile of Bushra.
9. Government Job and NOC Requirement
She is working in a government job and many people are worried that we are working in a government job and are we going to get visa? Do we require NOC from our job to get our visa?
So no, you don’t require any NOC to apply for your visa. If your department forces you to do it, you can do it.
But I don’t require any NOC from your government department or whatever. She is working as a judge right now in district court, Hathras. So she’s a judge. So it is a sophisticated kind of job.
So if you are worried about your job then this is going to be more sophisticated compared to your job definitely. So don’t worry about what kind of job you are doing, whether it is going to become a problem for you.
Her entire experience is in judiciary. She has been shifted to different kind of roles in different judicial places. So this is her complete profile. Education wise she has done LLB and then LLM as well. These are her two degrees.
10. Academic Percentage and Admission Options
2007 she completed her masters, 2004 she completed her bachelor’s. Percentage was 53% I guess in her bachelor’s degree and she got admission in RU with this percentage.
Even Trinity Western University they are asking for 60% marks approximately to give you admission. Most of the public universities ask for 70% marks. If you have percentage below that, so sometimes we try to get admission with 55% marks as well in Trinity.
So first we try to go with Algoma University. If someone is having 70% marks, first target is Algoma University. If someone is having 55-60% marks, we always try to go with Trinity Western University.
If the percentage is below this, if they are neither getting Algoma nor getting Trinity, then the next target what we have is RRU. RRU, the problem is not everyone is going to get admission. That is one.
And the process of admission is really cumbersome. We need to get letter of recommendation as well. We need to get SOP, letter of recommendation. Then they are going to review it. Then the application fee is on higher side as well. Then we need to send transcripts as well. They are going to evaluate or we need to do course-to-course evaluation of WES and WES is going to send report to RU.
So the process is cumbersome in itself. So we try to avoid it as long as we are able to. But if no other option is left then we go with RU.
So in this case because of her friend she wanted to go for RU because of her percentage RU was a good choice. So that’s why we proceeded with RU. She did a lot of effort herself as well to get admission and SOP and LOR we also did it and she was also involved in that entire process and finally she got admission and everything went well.
11. Justifying a Management Program After Any Educational Background
So this is her education profile. Experience I have already shared with you. After that after getting admission, everything was again many people may say that I have already done BTech or MTech now you are sending me for global management. How is this justifiable? I have already done MBA, you are sending me for global management. How is this justifiable? I have done BTech and MTech. MTech is in AI. Now you are sending me for MBA, Master of Organizational Management, Master of Management.
So people come in to argue for all those kind of things. So my simple answer is if you are going for MBA, Master of Management, Master of Organizational Management, Master of Global Management, Master of Global Business, all these management programs are justifiable with any kind of background. Any kind of background. Just forget your background.
People do MBA in India. So it is quite famous now IIT, IIM. How many people do IIM in India? Very very famous, very famous thing. There is a separate club for IIT IIM people. Why do people do IIM after BTech? Why IIM? Why? So what is the justification for that? So I don’t know what kind of perception people are having.
You are going for a management degree. All the management degrees are useful for you to become a manager, senior manager, vice president, director. So it is always always beneficial for you. It is a no-brainer. I don’t know from where this kind of perception comes that I have done BTech, MTech in AI, computer science. Now why are you going for MBA? Because I want to become a manager. I want to become a project manager. I want to become director, VP or whatever or I want to become CTO. What’s the problem? Learning management skill. How is it a problem?
So never worry about going for a management program even after any kind of background.
12. Connecting Previous Experience With Future Study
See her background. She is coming from law. I have sent people coming from clerical experience background, all kind of education background BA, BCOM, BEC, BSc, BSE in medical, non-medical, whatever MBBS, whatever you can think of. Arts, commerce, non-medical, medical with all kind of background, with all kind of experience backgrounds as well, teachers. I have sent people for project management, teachers, clerks in project management. We have got visas.
So it is all about how you link your current experience with your future study. If you are able to justify that, you are going to get visa. Don’t worry about it.
And I never worry what kind of education you are going to get in Canada. I don’t care, don’t care at all because in Canada it does not matter what have you studied. Does not matter at all. What matters is your level of study. When you are going to apply for your PR, people are not going to ask whether you have done Master of Technology or Master of Business Administration. Both are equal. No one is worried about it in PR. Both are same.
So I am least bothered about it and management study is easier to complete it. So you should always go for easy things.
Again people may have this perception. We are paying so much of tuition fee. Why should I go for any program which may not be of any use for me?
Dear, your education, your classes, your whatever you are paying, this is just a method to reach Canada. Universities are not going to teach you anything. Whatever they are going to teach you, you can have a course by yourself. You can do it on YouTube. You have all kind of AI systems as well. You don’t require to pay 25 lakh rupees to learn anything from the universities. They are not special.
13. Choosing an Easy Program in Canada
You are not going to University of Toronto which is going to make your profile something special. You are not going to University of British Columbia. You are not going to any big universities in the world. These are normal fine universities, mediocre level universities. These universities are going to give you entry in Canada. That’s it.
They have done their part. Don’t expect too much from them.
You should be worried about I am going to Canada. My study should be easy so that I should be able to focus on other things. My family, my kids and my earning, my part-time job, my daily routine. It should be like university and study should be adjusted in between somewhere in my life in Canada. That’s it.
And in 16 months I should be able to complete it easily and get away from the study. That’s it. That should be a target rather than I am paying so much of tuition fee. I want to go to a really really great university.
That great university will eat up everything, your entire energy and then you’ll see that I am not earning enough. I am not getting part-time job. I am not getting time for part-time job. My five days are going in completing my assignments and attending my lectures and extra lectures and whatever it is and the entire week is gone.
You are unable to see your children, you are unable to earn money there in Canada, it will haunt you.
So right now you may be thinking something else but after reaching Canada everything you need to do and initial time is a struggle time and there you don’t want study to be difficult. So always go with easy things.
This hard work, I don’t know, in India it is imbibed here. It is like hard work is really overrated. Don’t go for hard work kind of things.
Just be more aware. That is more important. How you are going to get your PR? What kind of jobs I should do? Spend your time in making your network. Spend your time in meeting people. That is more important rather than spending your time on study.
14. Skills, Network and Canadian Experience
And if you are getting 90% marks in your study and later on you did not get time and who is asking you, oh you are a top grade student, we are going to hire you. This is not going to happen.
No one is bothered about what kind of study you have completed in Canada. They are more bothered about it. You have stayed in Canada for one and a half year. You must know the Canadian culture a little bit and they are more concerned about it.
So if you have spent time in Canada they are focusing on that time, what part-time job you have done, what kind of network you are having, what kind of references you are having. They are more bothered about it rather than what kind of study you have completed.
No one is even going to discuss about what study you have completed in Canada. In fact, whatever you have studied outside Canada as well, they will be concerned about do you have skills, are you able to complete projects and work? If yes, they will give job. If no, go away. That’s your education is not getting you anything.
So don’t worry about what education you are getting outside. In India as well, I am not bothered about education. When I try to see someone in my interview, I try to judge whether someone is able to give a kind of interview in English, have a little bit of understanding about my questions and IQ level is decent, average, above average, that kind of IQ level is there, little bit of confidence is there, person is coachable or not, that’s it.
That is what I am trying to judge. That’s it. Nothing. So this is what I am judging in people in India. I don’t, I’m least scared about the education people have done.
I have most of the people who just have 12th as their highest education and they have learned everything practically here itself. They are able to speak in English, one thing. Second, they are able to learn things, they are coachable, that’s it. And many of them may be having bachelors or I am not bothered about it whether they have. And people with 12th may be having higher salary in my company.
So neither in India nor outside people are not bothered about your study inside Canada, outside Canada. Don’t worry about it. It is the thing which Indians have inside us in our mind that this is very important. No, this is not important at all.
15. English Test Score
Her English test score was seven, no less than six. So that was her English test.
It is really good in profile. English test is important. You should not have a score six less than six, below six, less than six is not accepted. So in all modules you need to have six in all modules.
If you are going for a PG level master degree, try to have a score 6.5, no less than six. This is the score you need to target.
If you are taking PTE then 60 in all modules you should target. This is the least score. And if you are going for a master degree, try to get 65, no less than 60 for a PG level. This should be your target.
But below 60 in any module will not be accepted. Below six in any module will not be accepted for Canada study visa application.
16. Spouse Profile and Employment
Next husband. Husband is working. He’s having his own company. So perfectly fine for spouses. Education of spouse, it does not matter. Experience, what spouse is doing, it does not matter.
Just important thing is if you are working right now, that’s the most important thing.
If you are working, it is a prospect of returning home and it shows that I’ll be able to work there. I’m working here as well. I’ll be able to work there as well.
So that’s how it is important for us that we want to show the spouse working right now.
Student as well. Student should be working right now. In fact, any visa application you are doing, whether it is visitor visa application, spouse visa application or this study visa application, any visa application you do, try to show yourself working even if anything is not there, still show yourself working as a freelancer so that ultimately you have something to show that you are doing something, some career is there.
Otherwise, it can lead to refusal because you are not working, you don’t have any connection establishment in your home country and it is going to become a problem for you.
So he is having his own company, good to go. There is no problem in that. So it is all sorted for spouse eligibility.
17. The Seven Points for Canada Study Visa
I always have seven points. If you are having seven points with you, you are going to get your Canada study visa.
Seven points. What are these seven points?
First, you need to get English test score. I have already said what is the English test score you require. It is six in all modules or 60 in all modules in PTE.
So this is the benchmark score you need to get. If you have it, good to go for visa application.
Second, pay first year of tuition fee. She paid first year of tuition fee. It was $23,000, 1119. It was 1199 I guess. So total fee for this program is $40,000 to $42,000 for a whole two years. So this is the approximate fee in RU.
She has paid first year of tuition fee. So you need to pay first year of tuition fee. Even though SDS category is not there, many people argue that we don’t want to pay first year of tuition fee. You have to pay first year of tuition fee otherwise you are not going to get visa.
If you are going for a research program, MS by research, PhD, in that case you can skip paying for it.
But ultimately if you are going for this kind of program, any kind of normal program, normal study, course based study in Canada, pay first year of tuition fee. This is consider it mandatory from India.
18. GIC and Financial Planning
Third, pay your GIC. She paid $23,000 GIC. Now the GIC is $23,500. So remember to pay GIC as well. Don’t argue GIC is not mandatory.
Why to pay GIC? Because you are not going to get visa after getting a refusal as well. You are going to pay GIC. That’s why pay GIC up front. Don’t apply your visa application without GIC.
Also today also I was discussing with someone what kind of account you should use, whose GIC account you should choose. I am using Beacon for all the GICs right now. Earlier we were doing it with ICICI Bank as well. So some applications we do ICICI but recently in last few months whatever GIC applications we have done, all the GICs for study visa, for spouse visa as well because in spouse visa if you have recent funds it’s better to do GIC in Canada.
So that’s how we show funds for spouse as well. And whenever we show funds, we always show funds in Beacon account. I already have my own account as well in Beacon. So we always use the certificate of Beacon. There is no problem in that.
In last I guess 6, 7, 8 months we have used Beacon extensively for all kind of GIC payments and I myself I’m doing it. So Beacon is the GIC.
It is one of the best applications. So it is again not paid but I personally use the product so much, one of the best application financial applications in the entire world. It is a very big claim. There is no other application which can transfer you amount in India like a UPI payment in India immediately, instant payment just like you are paying in India and in Canada as well.
It is a common account for Canadian transfer and for Indian transfer. It is not available any, I haven’t found any financial product like this one of the best application so you should use it and I really vouch for it until unless something goes really bad with me or any of my clients this product is the best till today I have found.
So many people may say something against or something but I guess I do the most number of applications for Canada for spouse, for study and with my entire experience till now I have found the application a safe application.
I am getting around 105,000 Canadian dollars every month in my accounts and that’s how we are running everything. So it is a safe smooth application and there is no problem with GIC as well. So you should go with Beacon. So I really vouch for it. So GIC you must pay.
19. Showing Funds for the Second Year of Tuition Fee
Next, funds for second year of tuition fee. This is how to show your funds for second year of tuition fee.
It can be a combination of three things. How to show it? So first is you can have your savings with yourself, with your husband, wife and with your parents, father-in-law, mother-in-law, your family, immediate family. So you can have some savings.
Then you can have income of family members. So you can combine that as well.
And third, it can be a loan approval as well.
So combining all these things, if you are able to pay the second year of tuition fee which should be approximately $20,000 Canadian dollars for second year, if you are able to make this much of money, in that case you are good to go for visa application. There is no problem with that.
So how to, you need to justify how you are going to pay your second year of tuition fee. We are going to pay our second year of tuition fee.
Maybe you are having $10,000 in saving. Your parents are earning $20,000. They can also save $10,000. So are we sorted now? $10,000 of savings are there. $10,000 my parents are going to earn. $20,000 they will earn and $10,000 they will eat up. $10,000 will be saving. So we are all sorted. I will be able to pay my second year of tuition fee.
Or you may be having a loan approval of $20,000. My loan will pay my second year of tuition fee. It’s all sorted.
Or it can be $10,000 of loan approval is there which is pending and $10,000 of savings are there. Again it is sorted.
So combination of these things will sort your second year of tuition fee. It should be justified as well.
20. Funds for the Entire Family
Then because we applied for the entire family together, we applied for entire family together. You need to show funds for the second, for your family as well, dependent family members as well.
So how much of the funds required for the entire family?
For Bushra we showed $23,000 Canadian as the first primary applicant.
How much you require for the second applicant? $7,000. Total becomes $30,000.
What about third applicant? Add $7,000 again. It will become $37,000.
And fourth kid was there. So two kids are there. Husband, wife, husband and two kids, $7,000 for next kid, it become 43, in real it is 43,000 something. Let’s consider it $44,000.
So that is what you require. So she required to show $44,000 in total including GIC for herself. She did GIC. So GIC will also be included.
And now for three family members, she required $21,000. These are the funds you required to show for dependents.
How much she had? She had more than $1 available with her in different different accounts.
That is perfectly fine. Husband is earning, wife is earning, both are earning, they had their savings, good to go. There is no problem in that.
So if you even if you are having bare minimum amount which is $21,000, you are good to go for your application. There is no problem in that.
You are justifying second year of tuition fee. You are justifying the funds available right now for the dependent family members. You are good to go. There is no problem in that.
21. Choosing the Right Level of Program
And there are two more things, three more things. One is right level of program after completion of a bachelor’s degree. Even if you have done masters, double masters, PhD, whatever you have done after a bachelor’s degree, you need to go for a master degree. That’s it.
You can go for after masters you can go for masters again. After PhD you can go for masters again. There is no problem in that.
So right level of program is after if you have completed a bachelor’s, must go for a PG diploma or master degree.
Because she was going with family she needs to get spouse visa. So the requirements to go for 2 year of master’s degree, two year of master degree minimum 16 months. So all the master degree usually in Canada they are finished in 16 months.
So two year of master degree what you require to take in Canada if you want to get spouse visa. But if you are single, can you take a PG diploma? Yes, you can take a PG diploma as well or you can take one year of master as well. You can take two year of master as well.
But one year of master options are very limited. One is Master of Organizational Management in Cranle, another is Master of Computer Science in Algoma, that’s it I guess, and one option is there Master of Global Management in Royal Roads University, that’s it.
But because she required to take 16 months of masters we went for a two year of master degree for her. So right level of program is master degree. So we took the right program.
22. Appropriate Program and SOP Documentation
Then appropriate program which is justifiable depending upon the previous experience. The last thing you have done, depending upon that you’re required to take a program.
So did we justify that? Yes. That’s why we got visa as well.

If these seven things are right, English test score, then your first year of tuition fee and then GIC, then you are going for right level of program, you are going for appropriate program, your SOP and documentation. If these seven things are right you are going to get your visa. Don’t worry about it.
23. Reapplying After a Visa Refusal
Even if you get 100 refusals, I made a video on this as well. Many people ask me how many times should we apply for visa after getting visa.
Until unless you get your visa. You should keep on reapplying for your visa.
If you are doing seven things correct, then you are going to get your visa. No one can stop it. When you are going to get it, I don’t know. I can tell you only one thing that you are going to get it.
After checking your profile, after checking your entire financials, everything I am going to tell you whether you will get it or not.
After each refusal do not ask, argue with team, with me, how many times should we apply?
If you are, if you surrender, you surrender, you drop your plan. Okay, it’s your wish. If it is your choice, you can do it.
For me, I am ready to apply for you 100 times as well because when I know that you are going to get visa, I know that we are going to get it.
And one thing is which is not in our control is when you are going to get it.
If I know in advance that you are going to get your visa in third attempt then I would always say that go apply by yourself or through someone else two times, get two refusals, come to me, I will apply for the third time and then we are going to get visa. Then I’ll become good.
So I’m not God. I can do my things correctly and I know that ultimately you are going to get your visa as well.
24. Emotional Impact of Visa Refusal
So how many times reapply after refusal? Should you reapply? The answer is yes. Until you get your visa. Until you get your visa. Don’t argue for this.
We are getting frustrated each time when we get refusal. We have to update our CA report. We have to update, give you updated financial documents. It is very frustrating. We are getting demotivated. It is emotionally draining.
We know all those things. I also got refusal. I have shared it in many videos. Refusal with a PhD admission with scholarship of $22,000. I got refusal after that as well. So I can very well understand.
I did not sleep for 2 days after that. I was crying for entire day after getting refusal. And I was coming from IIT. I was in IIT Roorkee that time. So IIT, triple IT, going for PhD, got refusal of study visa of Canada after getting fully funded scholarship, PhD degree, still I got refusal.
So I can very well understand how you feel after refusal but I can very well understand the other thing as well that you are going to get visa.
25. Do Not Drop the Canada Study Visa Plan
Don’t drop your plan. Don’t let your cries, your emotional drain and everything stop you from taking or drop you towards dropping your Canadian dream.
Because once you drop it, once you take the refund, first of all, there is going to be a loss of at least two lakh rupees. At least $3,000 are going to vanish where in your forex transfer because your GIC will be refunded back as well.
Your tuition fee will be refunded back as well. It’s all gone.
In two lakh rupees, you can submit your visa application for 20 times because each time you resubmit your application, what is the application fee? It is $150, 10,000 rupees.
So in the loss of two lakh rupees, you can apply for Canada study visa for 20 times.
Should you still want to drop your plan for Canada study visa? Won’t you get your visa in 20 times? You are going to get it. Just reapply.
Don’t drop your plan because ultimately once you drop your plan, one there is going to be loss, loss of money, loss of dream as well and you are going to restart your dream after 4, 5, 7 years.
So it will be a complete absolute loss for you.
Then again you are going to go because once it is there in your mind that I want to settle abroad, you can’t settle in India. It is very difficult. I have faced it myself.
26. Canada Right Now and the Importance of Real Information
